Return Policy

Thank you for your purchase and we hope you are happy. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund only. Please see below for more information on our return policy. Please note that any purchases made in-store will need to be returned to us in-store and refunds are not issued for these purchases. If the return meets the criteria listed below an exchange or credit note will be issued.


For items purchased via our website you must inform us of any return by email to within fourteen (14) days of the purchase date. All returns must be postmarked within twenty eight (28) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in an unworn and unused condition, with a proof of purchase and in their original packaging (including certificates) with original tags and labels attached. Items purchased in-store must be returned within (14) days for an exchange or credit note. The credit note will be valid for 12 months from the date of the return.

To return an item, place the item securely in its original packaging. The item must be unworn and unused with proof of purchase to be accepted. Please mail your return to the following address:

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return as we are not responsible for items that are lost or damaged during transit.


After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow at least fourteen (14) days from the receipt of your item to process your return. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.


Sale items and discounted items cannot be returned.

We do not refund or exchange plated earrings for hygiene reasons.

We do not refund or exchange pieces that have been made to order or re-sized.

Shipping charges will not be refunded unless an item is damaged or faulty.

If an item has been purchased with free shipping and is then returned the shipping charge will be deducted from the refund total.

International customs duties and sales taxes are non- refundable for shipments outside of the UK.

Please note that while we have taken reasonable care to provide accurate descriptions of products, in some cases the colours of products may vary slightly in real life when compared to the online image.
